Special Session on ‘Mental Health and Decision Making Skills’
10/10/2020 Christ College Bhopal on the occasion of ‘World Mental Health Day’ organized a special session on ‘Mental Health and Decision Making Skills’ on 10th October 2020, through Google meet platform. The resource person of the program was Dr. Reena Singh, a consultant counselling psychologist and motivational trainer. She wonderfully explained, the methods to boost mental health and elaborated many stress relieving techniques. She also quoted that mental health is not a destination but a process. It was an enriching session for the participants. Dr. Pallavi Srivastava was the moderator of the program. The session was concluded by Prof. Fr. Johnson, who also proposed vote of thanks. Dr. Diwakar Singh coordinated the program.
