DWAND 2020
On 14th Feburary, 2020, Vichitra Kumar Sinha Smriti Samhiti, organized “Dwand’20”, an Annual Debating Championship on the topic Constitutional Amendment Vs People’s Mandate, in which students of Christ College came out with flying colors, and Royce Paul, a student of B.A. I-Year, secured the II Position. The other participants from the college were Mr. Sahil Tiwari, Ms Rupali Yadav and Ms Pooja Jain. Dr Pallavi Shrivastava was the teacher in charge. The event took place at MP State Museum Bhopal. Students from various states participated in the event. The competition is held every year to mark the birth anniversary of late freedom fighter Shri Vichitra Kumar Sinha. Mr. Digvijay Singh, the former Chief Minister of MP gave away prizes to the winners and a certificate to the winners and participants.
Nandita Prajapati, B. Com I year student, Christ College bagged II position in dance in an event organized at NCC ground / Lal Parade Ground on 72nd Republic Day.
SAM ARTH – An Inter College Dance and Singing Competition
There was an enthusiastic participation by the students of Christ College in the Dance and Singing Competition titled SAM ARTH at Sam Global University, Bhopal (M.P.) on 6 February 2020.Students were highly motivated to be a part of the event. Mr. Royce Paul, Ms Ritika Shinde and Ms. Angel participated in the song competition and Ms. Jesna and Ms. Rupali Yadav participated in the dance competition.
Christ College B.Com. First year student Ms. Nandita Prajapati performed in a group dance - Kerala Natanam during the celebration of International World Matra Bhasha Diwas at Ravindra Bhavan in Bhopal on 21/02/2021, Sunday.
